2024 EXL is not what it used to be.

I'm on my 4th CRV exl, and boy did they cheapen it. The interior lost all of its class and contrasting materials. The cargo cover is gone. The seat releases in the cargo area are gone. The rear seat spy mirror is gone. The garage door controls are gone. The fog lights are gone. The windshield wipers/washers are useless to the driver for cleaning anything beyond dust, they were clearly designed for ease/speed of assembly and not the benefit ofbthe customer. And then there's the horrid sensor array. My car has been in 3 different times to be recalibrated and settings changed but the lane centering still makes a kamikaze turn towards oncoming traffic to find the center line in ghe road, terrifying. The parking sensors could care less if there is a shopping cart or person there and dont beep at all, but will beep/scream non-stop when im in the Starbucks drive through, just in case the side of the building is about to jump out in front of me. I should have kept my 21. This is not at all what I've come to expect from Honda, or the CRV exl.… - 4.0
WE CAN ONLY HOPE

If only the new CR-V had the venerable and super reliable 2.4 liter engine! The 1.5 Turbo engine WILL require longer cool down and warm up times, more frequent oil changes, spark plug changes, etc. Major and very expensive components of this turbo engine HAVE failed at between 40,000 and 70,000 miles. So... you may be able to make it to the end of the warranty period. After that, I wish y'all the best. I've been a Honda fan for almost 40 years now. Trust me, I am sad to see Honda use a small displacement turbo engine in a roughly 3,525 lb. vehicle. I know a few other automakers are doing the same thing. But Honda used to be BETTER than the rest. In some ways, they still are. And I remain a Fan of Honda, still. ALL buyers, do your homework and decide for yourself. I wish y'all the best in whatever you decide to do. Y'all take care.… - 5.0
Pretty darn nice.

Got my crv new, and loved it ever since. It's been on 3 trips out west from the Ohio Valley region, and has been driven through deserts and mountains with nary a problem. Took it to the Gulf Coast, performed like a champ. What I really like about it is the leg room. Being 6'5" I've always had to sandwich myself into many car types, with limited leg room. But the crv has a spot around the steering wheel shaft that I can straighten my legs into. On a long trip that's awesome 👍. Gonna keep it awhile for sure.…
