Honda hasn't announced any new engines set to debut in the 2022 Honda Accord, so the sedan will likely continue on with its strong trio of current motors.

The current non-hybrid offerings are a 4-cylinder or a turbocharged 4-cylinder. Without the turbocharger, the Accord makes 143 horsepower and 129 lb-ft of torque. With the turbo in place, output is upped to 192 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque.

Those who prefer a hybrid should still have that option for 2022. The hybrid seen in the 2021 version makes 212 system net horsepower and comes with three adjustable drive modes: ECON, Sport, and EV.

Loads of Standard Technology 

Providing the most well-rounded experience possible has always been the goal of the Honda Accord, and it remains the goal in 2022.
