The 2020 Civic features a standard turbocharged engine that delivers 174 horsepower. When you press down on the pedal, this car reacts in a responsive manner and provides a sporty drive. There's a more powerful 180-horsepower turbocharged engine available, which features an independent multi-link rear suspension for a more exhilarating drive.

You'll be able to take control of the drive by using the available paddle shifters. The new leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob are standard on the EX trim, while the Sport Touring trim comes with HomeLink® Remote System and an available 6-speed manual transmission.

The Civic Hatchback Sport features a number of changes for the 2020 model year. The 7-inch touchscreen Display Audio system with eight speakers and Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ integration deliver standard smartphone integration and powerful sound emanating from your Civic.

Sport trims with the continuously variable transmission come with the Remote Start feature for the first time. The Sport also comes with new seat upholstery with embossed dash trim. For the top-of-the-line Sport Touring, you can choose between the CVT or the 6-speed manual transmission.
